I have extensive experience in fostering the employability of young people. Throughout my career as both a teacher and project manager, I have led various educational and project-based initiatives aimed at empowering young people. During my years as an English teacher at the Ministry of National Education, I not only focused on enhancing students' language skills but also contributed to preparing them for future career opportunities.
I completed my master's degree in educational administration, focusing on the expectations of Generation Z youth and their families through the lens of Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs. This research provided me with deep insights into the needs of young people, which I apply in my projects aimed at supporting their personal and professional development. Currently, I am pursuing a PhD in educational administration, further strengthening my knowledge in this field.
Additionally, with my academic background and project management experience, I have been involved in numerous Erasmus+ and international projects designed to develop the skills of young people. Specifically, I have provided training in project cycle management and project writing, equipping young individuals with the tools they need to succeed in the job market. In my current role at the Ankara Governorship European Union and Foreign Affairs Office, I have developed programs that encourage young people to actively participate in international projects. Through these efforts, I am helping young people gain the skills required to effectively integrate into both local and international labor markets
