Advanced Fluorine-Free Ion Exchange Membranes for Electrolyzers and Fuel Cells
About
GMZ Enerji is a deep-tech SME from Türkiye focused on the development of advanced fluorine-free ion exchange membranes for electrolyzers and fuel cells. Our proprietary technology enables membranes with high proton/anion conductivity, enhanced durability, and cost-effective scalability, addressing the critical challenges of current membrane materials. The membranes have demonstrated promising performance in international testing collaborations.
We are seeking partners for:
-
Research institutes and universities for advanced performance evaluation, modelling, and material characterization,
-
Industrial partners (OEMs, energy companies, engineering firms) for pilot system integration, manufacturing scale-up, and validation,
-
Public authorities or demonstration sites for field testing and real-life applications,
-
Business enablers and investors for commercialization and market uptake.
Our objective is to contribute to Europe’s clean hydrogen economy by providing reliable, sustainable, and fluorine-free alternatives to conventional membranes within the CETPartnership call modules.
