Maritime Decarbonisation - Hydrogen from Seawater
About
Hychor is looking to pilot our Hydrogen Seawater Electrolysis Technology (HySET) in a maritime setting, providing clean, sustainable hydrogen directly from seawater.
Suitable partners include those exploring ways to decarbonise their logistics such as boilers, land vehicles, small boats, and generators.
We expect to launch a small-scale pilot in 2027/28, producing 3-5 kg/day of green hydrogen directly from seawater. Our process is environmentally friendly with no additives to the seawater or production of corrosive chlorine gas.
