Novelcore, founded in 2019, is an applied AI company specializing in knowledge discovery, semantic analysis, natural language processing, knowledge graphs, and explainable AI. A research-driven SME, Novelcore currently manages 18 funded programs - 16 under Horizon Europe - serving as technical partner and coordinator across projects in language understanding, agentic AI, and human-centered intelligent systems. Its consortium footprint spans universities, research institutes, and technology organizations around the world, with headquarters in Patras and Athens.

Methodologically, Novelcore operates across the full modern AI stack, RAG, LLM fine-tuning and orchestration, graph-based knowledge representation, and multi-agent system design, with a consistent emphasis on deployability and explainability.

Novelcore's products are Deliberate, a platform for structured civic deliberation built on agentic LLM orchestration and semantic analysis, and KAOS, a Kubernetes-native agentic operating layer for intelligent, autonomous knowledge management across distributed infrastructures. Both carry real-world validation: Deliberate is fully operational across seven completed pilots - including B2G deployments with national public authorities and international showcases - while KAOS's core infrastructure component, KubeCore, operates at TRL 9, validated through European research projects and government-scale production environments.
