Novelcore (NVCR) is a Greek applied AI SME specialising in knowledge graphs, explainable AI, semantic search, Graph-RAG, and multi-agent system design. Currently active in multiple Horizon Europe projects, we serve as both technical partner and coordinator across language understanding, agentic AI, and human-centred intelligent systems. In AIXPERT (HE), we own the Knowledge Graph & AI agent integration toolkit and lead WP6, delivering explainable agentic AI for clinical decision support and workforce augmentation across 5 industry pilots. Our products — Deliberate (civic deliberation AI, 7 live pilots) and KAOS (agentic Kubernetes-native knowledge management, TRL9) — demonstrate our track record in bringing research-grade AI to production.
