FSTP/Cascade Funding Manager (WP lead for Open Calls) - Sploro

At Sploro, we are interested in joining consortia to manage the Financial Support to Third Parties (FSTP) component. We are experts in handling this part with the appropriate methodologies and tools. Over the past four years, we have managed 11 projects and more than €30M in cascade funding.

FSTP is becoming increasingly important in CL4 topics, as reflected by the growing number of topics that include it. However, it is also complex to manage, and only a few organizations in Europe truly have the expertise to run this type of scheme effectively.

We are undoubtedly one of them — we have a large community of startups and SMEs, the right tools (take a look at https://cascadefunding.eu/))) and the proven expertise from the projects we have been part of.

We would lead the WP for FSTP/Open Calls, taking care of all related writing during the proposal stage (WP description, FSTP annex and methodology) and, during implementation, managing the full FSTP lifecycle, including:

• Preparation of Open Call Guidelines and evaluation frameworks

• Management of submission, evaluation and contracting processes

• Monitoring of sub-grantees

• Payment follow-up and compliance reporting
