About
We are exploring a use case idea under HORIZON-CL4-2026-04-DATA-06: Efficient and compliant access to and use of data, building on advanced know-how developed within a previous Horizon project focusing on self-sovereign digital identity wallets and cross-border data exchange.
Our starting point is a high-complexity, high-risk validation scenario involving sensitive health data and cross-border service delivery, where trust, compliance, interoperability, and automation are critical. The use case addresses a real-life, multi-stakeholder environment in which personal and health data must be securely accessed, verified, and shared across jurisdictions in line with EU regulations.
The initiative targets a data-intensive, regulation-sensitive cross-border ecosystem, bringing together diverse actors and requiring innovative approaches to identity, data governance, and compliant data use.
We are currently looking to connect with potential project partners interested in contributing to or shaping this concept further within the scope of the call. Further details can be shared and discussed during meetings.
