Demos Helsinki / Demos Research Institute has extensive expertise in researching the societal implications of emerging technologies. This includes ethics, trustworthiness and responsibility in AI/data, bias and discrimination, participatory design with citizens, intersectionality as well as AI governance and policy in the EU.
