Seeking Horizon Europe partners for AI-assisted workforce knowledge and training

Odise Studio is a software and AI company developing Clevera, an AI-powered platform that turns product knowledge and workflows into structured How-To videos and documentation, automatically handling instructional steps, narration, captions and supporting documentation.

We are interested in joining or co-developing a Horizon Europe consortium focused on human–AI collaboration, workforce knowledge transfer, training, onboarding and upskilling.

A potential project could explore how AI can help organizations capture practical knowledge from experienced workers and subject-matter experts, transform it into accessible instructional content, and deliver it more effectively to employees.

Potential R&D and pilot areas include:

• AI-assisted capture and structuring of procedural knowledge

• Generation of instructional video and documentation from workplace workflows

• Human–AI collaboration in employee training and onboarding

• Preserving organizational knowledge and reducing knowledge loss

• Multilingual and accessible instructional content

• Validation through real industrial or enterprise pilot environments

Odise Studio can contribute software development, applied AI expertise, product design, instructional-content automation, platform integration and pilot implementation.

We are particularly interested in connecting with Horizon coordinators, universities, research organisations, industrial companies and workforce/training specialists that can contribute research expertise, industrial use cases, evaluation methodology or pilot environments.

We see particular relevance to Horizon Europe Cluster 4 topics around human–AI collaboration and the workforce of the future, while remaining open to related AI and digital-skills project concepts.
