Horizon Europe partnership for context-aware Personal AI infrastructure

Robbi Care is building the Life-State Core (LSC) — an independent context and decision layer for Personal AI, designed to sit between fragmented personal data, AI models, applications and external actions.

The LSC combines dynamic context such as calendar, location, mobility, weather, routes, routines and personal preferences with governed personal state. It distinguishes confirmed facts from observations and AI-generated assumptions, maintains provenance and temporal validity, checks permissions before actions, and provides an explainable decision trace.

We are looking for partners to jointly research, develop and validate:

• context-aware and human-centric Personal AI;

• trustworthy and explainable AI;

• multimodal context understanding;

• governed personal state and uncertainty;

• privacy-preserving data processing;

• edge/local and distributed AI architectures;

• independent-living applications.

Robbi Care can contribute the Life-State Core architecture, a working mobile prototype environment, a concrete independent-living use case, and a path toward mobile, local/home and selective cloud AI.

We are particularly interested in collaboration with universities, research groups, RTOs, edge/local AI technology partners, multimodal sensing specialists, care and independent-living organisations, contextual data providers, and experienced Horizon Europe consortium coordinators.

Our goal is to develop interoperable infrastructure that enables Personal AI systems to understand changing real-world context, maintain governed personal state and make explainable, permission-aware decisions.
