AI Literacy+: From Foundations to Fluency — AI training for teams, with EU AI Act Article 4 coverage
Co-funder, COO at LeanUP s.r.o.
About
AI Literacy+: From Foundations to Fluency is LeanUP's flagship training course. It was designed in-house and has been delivered internationally for educators.
What it does. It takes a team from cautious or ad-hoc use of AI to working fluency: what these tools do well, where they fail, how to prompt and evaluate what comes back, and how to use them without creating legal or reputational risk.
How it is built. The course follows the Anthropic AI Fluency framework and its 4D model, and includes in-class Anthropic Academy certification. Learning is active rather than lecture-led — case work, simulations and hands-on practice — designed by our pedagogical lead, a university lecturer at the Catholic University of Ružomberok specialising in gamification and game-based learning.
Compliance. The design covers the staff AI-literacy expectations set by Article 4 of the EU AI Act, so the training also gives you a record of having acted on that obligation.
Evidence of effect. Outcomes are evaluated against Kirkpatrick's four levels, with participant feedback and learning evidence collected for each edition — so you get a record of what changed, not an attendance list.
