Piloting, validation, AI literacy and upskilling — SSH partner for human-centric digital projects (SK, Widening country)

LeanUP s.r.o. is a Slovak SME in Ružomberok, Liptov region — Slovakia is a Widening country. We run a coworking and co-creation space and a professional training arm, and in Horizon Europe consortia we cover the human side of a technology project: establishing what end users require, testing the result with them, and building the capacity to use it.

• User requirements and co-design at concept stage (TRL 2–4), as an SSH contribution.

• Piloting and validation in operational settings (TRL 5–7): pilot design, participant recruitment, data and feedback collection and iteration with real user groups in our own venue. Training outcomes are evaluated against recognised models (Kirkpatrick's four levels).

• Human-centric and game-based design that raises the adoption of digital tools, led by a university lecturer at the Catholic University of Ružomberok specialising in gamification and game-based learning.

• AI literacy and workforce upskilling. Our course AI Literacy+: From Foundations to Fluency was designed in-house and has been delivered internationally for educators; its design covers the staff AI-literacy expectations set by Article 4 of the EU AI Act.

• Data and reporting: data collection and integration between systems, databases, and dashboards that make pilot results and project indicators visible to non-technical partners.

• Dissemination and exploitation towards SMEs, educators and public authorities, with multiplier events in our own venue (TRL 8–9).

Core technology development sits with other partners. Validated member of the EU Pact for Skills (ID 286cbf4f-e191-4faa-8811-886139b22ecb).
