Seeking R&D Partners for HORIZON-CL4-2027-01-MAT-PROD-61 and Hydrogen Technology Development
Founder & CEO at Omnivia Tech
Paris, France
About
Omnivia Tech is a French deep-tech startup developing compact and modular hydrogen generation systems based on methanol reforming for decentralized and on-demand hydrogen production.
Our technology aims to produce hydrogen close to the point of use, reducing dependence on hydrogen transportation, high-pressure storage and extensive distribution infrastructure. Potential applications include off-grid and remote energy systems, backup power, fuel-cell integration and decentralized industrial hydrogen applications.
We have completed early laboratory validation and are currently advancing the technology from TRL3 toward an integrated TRL4/TRL5 prototype.
A key objective of our participation in this matchmaking event is to identify potential partners and explore the formation of a consortium for:
HORIZON-CL4-2027-01-MAT-PROD-61 – Fast Track to Research and Innovation for breakthroughs in industrial technologies (RIA)
We are particularly interested in exploring how our compact reactor technology, advanced manufacturing approach, catalyst–reactor integration and process intensification concept could contribute to a competitive project under this topic.
We are looking for complementary partners including:
• Universities and research organisations
• Catalyst and advanced materials developers
• Microreactor and advanced manufacturing specialists
• Heat exchanger and thermal management technology providers
• Hydrogen purification and separation technology providers
• Process modelling, optimisation and control specialists
• Fuel-cell and hydrogen system integrators
• Industrial manufacturers and engineering companies
• End users and potential pilot demonstration partners
Potential R&D cooperation areas include:
• Methanol reforming and decentralized hydrogen production
• Catalyst development, coating and characterisation
• Microchannel reactor design and advanced manufacturing
• Process intensification
• Thermal integration and heat management
• Hydrogen purification and CO reduction
• Process modelling, optimisation and control
• Prototype integration, testing and validation
• Techno-economic assessment (TEA) and Life Cycle Assessment (LCA)
• Pilot demonstration and system integration
Omnivia Tech can contribute its existing reactor concept, laboratory know-how, system architecture and ongoing technology development to a collaborative project.
Beyond HORIZON-CL4-2027-01-MAT-PROD-61, we are also open to bilateral R&D cooperation, joint prototype development, pilot demonstrations and other relevant Horizon Europe and Clean Hydrogen Joint Undertaking opportunities.
If your organisation has complementary expertise, is interested in joining a consortium, or is already developing a proposal for HORIZON-CL4-2027-01-MAT-PROD-61, we would be pleased to connect during the matchmaking event and explore potential collaboration.
