City–Innovation Partnerships in Action: From Research to Urban Logistics Transformation in Thessaloniki
The workshop presents how research and innovation projects are translated into practical urban logistics solutions through collaboration between cities, research organisations and local stakeholders. Drawing on experiences and results from the MEDCOLOURS and DISCO projects, and insights from Shift2Zero, CodeZero and UNCHAIN projects, this workshop focuses on Thessaloniki as the main case study, while also highlighting good practices from other European cities, to explore how data-driven tools, living labs, demonstration actions and Sustainable Urban Logistics Plans (SULPs) can support the design, testing and scale-up of sustainable urban logistics measures.
