Mycoremediation solutions for soil decontamination
Head of Biotechnology at MyPilz
Wien, Austria
About
We offer expertise in mycoremediation, using fungi to degrade, transform, or immobilize environmental pollutants in soils. Fungal metabolic capabilities enable the breakdown of complex organic contaminants and contribute to the recovery of polluted sites.
Our approach includes the identification of suitable fungal species, laboratory validation, and support for field application strategies. We aim to integrate biological remediation methods into broader soil restoration and pollution mitigation frameworks.
We seek to collaborate in projects addressing soil contamination, zero-pollution ambitions, industrial legacy sites, and nature-based remediation approaches.
