FARM2FORK-02-two-stage: Pilot on Organic Dairy Farming in France

Idele is the Livestock technical institute in France. It is already conducting studies and monitoring activities in organic farming. In particular, Idele follows a dairy cattle farm under organic production, which could be used to identify, test, and evaluate new practices, thereby generating new knowledge.

Through its network of farms under technical and economic monitoring, Idele is also able to provide insights into the sustainability of organic dairy farms. Likewise, Idele can mobilize various R&D stakeholders involved in organic livestock sectors, which is essential for a multi-actor approach, and to collect feedback (expectations, needs, barriers, sharing of experiences, etc.).

Idele can also contribute, through its experience in numerous EU projects, to the multi-actor approach.
