CL6-2026-02-FARM2FORK-05: Regenerative Wool Landscapes: A Circular & Bioregional Approach to Sustainable Fashion

Founder and Network Weaver at Korowód Bioregional Center

Wrocław, Poland

About

Our consortium is targeting HORIZON-CL6-2026-02-FARM2FORK-05 to transform terrestrial livestock production through a "Fiber Landscapes" approach. We aim to revitalize the wool value chain by integrating sustainable fashion with regenerative land management.

Our methodology utilizes the 4 Returns Framework to balance natural, social, and financial capital. Key to our systemic transition is the implementation of Bioregional Finance Facilities (BFFs) and detailed bioregional mapping to align local livestock production with global fashion demand.

Consortium Status & Needs:

  • Current Partners: Several leading academic institutions and a global fashion SME specializing in sustainable transition and new brand incubation.

  • Seeking Coordinator: An experienced institution to lead this Research and Innovation Action (RIA).

  • Partners Needed: We are looking for additional partners according to a quadruple helix model in order to build Bioregional Living Labs for place-based applied science through a holistic approach

Project Highlights:

  • Focus on Area B: Wool Value Chain (fiber animal production systems).

  • Application of Integrated Landscape Management.

  • Utilization of Cascade Funding to support on-ground diversification.
