CL6-2026-01-BIODIV-01-two-stage: Transboundary Bioregional Living Labs

We are forming a consortium for HORIZON-CL6-2026-01-BIODIV-01-two-stage to establish three transboundary Bioregional Living Labs (BLLs): Hungary/Austria, Poland/Czechia, and Spain/France. Our mission is to restore critical ecosystems through a multi-actor approach, integrating social innovation with ecological applied science.

We utilize advanced social technologies, including Liberating Structures and the uLab (Presencing Institute) methodology, to facilitate deep stakeholder engagement and systemic change. To ensure local impact and scalability, the project will implement Financial Support to Third Parties (Cascade Funding).

We are seeking:

• Coordinator: An experienced institution with a proven track record in Horizon Europe multi-actor projects.

• Regional Partners: Research centers, NGOs, and local authorities within the specific transboundary corridors (HU/AT, PL/CZ, ES/FR).

• Horizontal Partners: Experts in biodiversity monitoring, social facilitation, and digital tools for ecosystem management (can be located outside the BLL countries).
