Strong technological and digital infrastructure to support AI- and data-driven innovation across the agri-food value chain:

•CNTA’s proprietary, data-driven consumer platform, MUNDOSABOR engages 5k consumers in Spain and has +2k databases in DE, FR, UK, BE, EE, GR, NL, HU as a source of data and a community to test the tools.

•CNTA has a Digital and AI tool department developing solutions like artificial vision to recognize food, meal planning, leftover recipe generator, preservation guides.

•We coordinate LIKE-A-PRO and lead a living lab on consumer behavior at the Food Environment level (=make decisions about acquiring, preparing and consuming food).

•CNTA participates in IAFOOD to build a Big Data platform based on automation and AI to predict product quality and food safety at food industry level contributing to sustainability and productivity.
