About
We have got a well-established laboratory facilities and a research team conducting microbiome studies on traditional food products. We have also been members of two COST actions related to food microbiome studies.
As partners will could contribute with:
- Unlocking the functional diversity of food microbiomes to help develop innovative applications;
- Establishing trans-disciplinary research connections (microbiology, ecology, AI and bioinformatics, biotechnology, molecular biology);
- Provision of strains and/or samples (for microbiome studies, as starter cultures), research protocols;
- Expanding ERA to Eastern European countries.
