Scaling Innovative Food Systems for Nutrition, Circularity, and Inclusive Entrepreneurship in Africa

This project aims to transform African food systems by improving processing of underutilized and high-value crops, reducing post-harvest losses, and fostering inclusive entrepreneurship. Through a multi-actor approach, the project will create innovation hubs, support startups (with emphasis on women, youth, and diaspora entrepreneurs), and promote circular food processing using biotechnology, renewable energy, and sustainable packaging
