Founded in 1977, Eker is one of Turkey’s most established and innovative dairy brands. Our product range includes ayran, yogurt, milk, cheese, clotted cream, butter, dairy desserts, kefir, probiotic drinks, detox beverages, dips, and children's products line.
We lead the local market with over 80% of our sales coming from ayran and yogurt. As pioneers in the sector, we introduced Turkey’s first liter-packaged ayran, shelf-ready clotted cream, and ready-to-eat traditional dairy desserts. Today, we export to more than 30 countries and are the first Turkish brand to export clotted cream and dairy desserts to the EU.
Our large-scale production facilities are supported by a sterile, fully equipped pilot R&D plant for product innovation, as well as a dedicated in-house laboratory for advanced analysis and quality control.
Certified as a “Well-Known Trademark” by the Turkish Patent Institute, Eker is committed to quality, safety, and sustainability. We are open to collaborations and joint projects with partners in the food and beverage industry worldwide.
I hold a bachelor's degree in Bioengineering and currently work as an R&D Center at EKER. In this role , I'm responsible for carrying out R&D center activities .
