Founded in 1977, Eker is a leading Turkish dairy company exporting to over 30 countries and known as the first Turkish brand to supply clotted cream and dairy desserts to the EU. Our R&D infrastructure includes a sterile pilot plant for product and packaging trials and an advanced in-house laboratory for comprehensive analytical testing.
