Eker is a leading Turkish dairy company, established in 1977, with a wide product range including ayran, yogurt, milk, cheese, clotted cream, butter, kefir, dairy desserts, probiotic drinks, detox beverages, and a children’s line .
With a strong domestic market presence and exports to over 30 countries, Eker is the first Turkish brand to export clotted cream and traditional milk-based desserts to the EU. The company combines large-scale production with a dedicated pilot R&D plant, where new products are developed under sterile conditions using cutting-edge technology. A fully equipped in-house laboratory supports product safety, innovation, and quality control.
