Southnik Solutions is a research and storytelling consultancy working at the intersection of agriculture, gender, and environmental change. We specialize in translating complex social realities into accessible insights through a mix of rigorous qualitative research, participatory methods, and creative communication—such as documentary film, digital storytelling, and narrative reports. Our work focuses on issues like generational renewal, the social and mental health impacts of agrarian transitions, the shifting roles of women and youth in farming, and the cultural dimensions of environmental degradation. Drawing from the fields of sociology, gender studies, and environmental humanities, we aim to humanize data and policy through grounded, place-based stories.
