Southnik Solutions is a small, women-led consultancy specializing in the socio-cultural dimensions of agriculture, gender, and environmental change—particularly in the Global South. We bring deep expertise in qualitative research, participatory methods, and creative storytelling, with a strong focus on youth and gender inclusion, mental health, and changing rural identities.

We are especially aligned with the aims of HORIZON-CL6-2025-03-GOVERNANCE-03 to support generational renewal and the attractiveness of farming. We offer unique strengths in:

We are seeking to join a consortium as a partner contributing to WP(s) involving socio-cultural analysis, communication, gender mainstreaming, or community engagement.
