Gambooza is a Spanish startup that helps the HORECA sector reduce food waste, optimize operations, and improve profitability through AI-powered visual monitoring.
Our subscription-based solution uses strategically placed cameras in kitchens to automatically capture images of dishes before and after service. This data is transformed into actionable dashboards and insights that help kitchens adjust portion sizes, reduce waste, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Our technology is non-intrusive, easy to deploy, and does not require additional staff or complex hardware. Gambooza aligns with key EU priorities in sustainability, digitalization, and circular economy, and we are looking to join consortia working on innovative food systems and waste reduction.
