Bojan Bajic

Bojan is Croatian innovation expert and project manager with a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Rijeka. He is the founder and director of Innovation and Development LLC., where he has led the planning and implementation of EU-funded RDI projects in eco-technologies, energy, mobility, and ICT since 2014. He also leads a cross-sectoral innovation hub that co-develops sustainable technologies in partnership with academia, industry, and public institutions.

Previously, he served as director of sustainable energy startup Envirodual d.o.o. and headed the Innovation Infrastructure Department at BICRO, where he managed large-scale national and international programs for innovation infrastructure development and policy. He has coordinated or participated in over a dozen EU and Norway grant-funded projects, including smart cities, bioenergy, precision agriculture, and green maritime technologies.

Bojan has also played a pivotal role in technology transfer, feasibility studies, and strategic planning, and is a former member of the national working group for Croatia’s Innovation Strategy 2014–2020. His work centers on integrating innovation, sustainability, and advanced technologies to build the next generation of green infrastructure and knowledge-based economies.
