I am a researcher in the field of nutrition and dietetics with a strong interest in sustainable and health-promoting food systems. My work focuses on developing inclusive nutrition strategies for aging populations and individuals at risk of chronic diseases, especially cardiovascular conditions. I am particularly interested in the role of novel and functional foods in promoting healthy aging, as well as in understanding the socio-economic and behavioral factors that influence food choices. I have experience in community-based nutrition projects, dietary assessment, and behavior change communication. Through interdisciplinary collaboration, I aim to contribute to innovative and practical solutions that support healthier lives and more resilient food systems. I am looking to join Horizon Europe projects that promote sustainable nutrition, improve food literacy, and support evidence-based public health interventions.
