HORIZON-MISS-2025-CLIMA-01-05

We are seeking to join a consortium under HORIZON-MISS-2025-CLIMA-01-05 with a fully developed concept and a tested digital business model for unlocking private finance in climate adaptation. Our contribution is rooted in real-world application and structural system design — not theoretical modeling.

We propose a systemic intervention to:

• Identify investment-ready adaptation use cases in key sectors (e.g., agriculture, municipal infrastructure, housing, SME finance);

• Diagnose capital flow blockages and institutional misalignments;

• Prototype resilience-linked financial instruments (bonds, adaptive loans, credit products, insurance-backed co-investment models);

• Simulate deployment readiness within banks, regional authorities, and cooperative networks;

• Align KPIs and regulatory frameworks for institutional uptake and policy translation.

We bring:

• A digital infrastructure layer for integrating MRV, adaptive credit scoring, and payment logic;

• Proven implementation experience in climate-vulnerable sectors;

• System design expertise across blended finance, de-risking frameworks, and public-private capital orchestration.

We are especially suited to lead or contribute to work packages related to:

• Financial instrument design and stress testing;

• Institutional simulation and operational modeling;

• KPIs, MRV, and foresight-based policy integration;

• Private sector engagement strategies and market readiness.

We are open to collaboration with coordinators and consortia that:

• Are already focused on unlocking private capital in adaptation;

• Need a scalable and digitally enabled finance layer;

• Value implementation logic grounded in behavioral insight and field-tested governance models.

Our solution is ready to scale and aligned with EU adaptation policy. We are not here to explore ideas — we are here to help build deployable mechanisms.
