About

The team conducts monitoring and control of microorganisms, including bacteria, archaea, cyanobacteria, fungi, and other eukaryotes, using molecular and biochemical methods in both environmental and laboratory experiments. Our research includes:

  1. Monitoring of prokaryotes and eukaryotes, including their environmental threats.

  2. Investigating the role of microorganisms, including algicidal bacteria, in controlling the growth and toxicity of cyanobacteria.

  3. Studying the contribution of microbial communities to nutrient transformation in aquatic ecosystems.

  4. Determining overall microbial activity and diversity in both aquatic and soil ecosystems.

  5. Analyzing the ecophysiological roles and development of microbial activators.
