Traditional Guinea Fowl

Commercial export à Maison DANDIEU

Hagetmau, France

Détails

Raised in free-range in the heart of Les Landes, France, our Galor breed guinea fowls benefit from an exceptional natural environment. They grow slowly and naturally during a minimum of 94 days, following a traditional free-range farming method. This extended rearing process allows them to develop gradually, ensuring superior meat quality with rich flavor and firm texture.

Our guinea fowls are fed with at least 80% cereals. During their growth, they start with finely ground feed before transitioning to pellets in the finishing phase. To support digestion and overall health, grit and oats are provided freely. The entire diet is GMO-free, ensuring a responsible and high-standard production.

An expression of refined craftsmanship, our traditional guinea fowl was awarded a 4.6/5 rating during the product test of the 32nd session of “Gourmets de France,” at the Relais Bernard Loiseau evaluated by a prestigious jury led by Bérangère Loiseau.

We also provide Guinea Fowl cuts.
