Researcher in agri-environmental sustainability with over 15 years of experience in R&D projects focused on crop improvement, genetic resource conservation, pasture systems, and soil restoration. His work combines spectral sensors (VIS-NIR, SWIR, hyperspectral), remote sensing, geographic information systems, and artificial intelligence to enable functional characterization of germplasm and the assessment of ecosystem services, within the broader framework of climate change adaptation and resilient agriculture. He is currently involved in the digitalization and advanced characterization of the active collection of annual forage legumes at the CICYTEX Germplasm Bank. He has contributed to numerous research projects and is the author of scientific and technical publications. His research is oriented toward emerging technological solutions that support rural sustainability and the conservation of agricultural biodiversity.
