Assessing workers performance in manufacturing environment at the factory level both in real and simulation scenario
About
How to assess workers performance in manufactury environment at the factory level. Use and developement of worker assessment indicators from shop-floor to factory/enterprise level.
We developed and test a methodology to assess the labour effectiveness to enable the monitoring and diagnosis of human performance at the factory level. Simple indicators are used to assess the human resources effectiveness and percentage of work that creates value for the customer and enabling digitisation that greatly facilitates the calculation of efficiency indicators. Automatic registration of the work performed by employees along with duration will allow to measure the eff ectiveness of employees' work on an ongoing basis. This makes it possible to evaluate the use of human resources not only in implementing activities in general, but in undertaking of value-adding activities in particular. This will allow the system's weaknesses to be identified and discover the causes in order to eliminate them.
