Clinical and Research Cooperation in Neuromodulation, VR and Home Neurotherapy
About
QVITI is seeking clinical and academic partners in Japan for joint research, clinical validation and pilot projects using our integrated neuromodulation and neurotherapy platform.
The QVITI ecosystem combines:
• multi-modal transcranial electrical stimulation (tES/tACS);
• patented dry-electrode technology;
• VR-supported neurorehabilitation;
• a cloud platform for therapists, treatment data and reporting;
• a planned therapist-supervised home-therapy solution.
QVITI technology has already achieved significant international adoption:
• approximately 300 devices in use across 120 institutions in 20 countries;
• over 100 devices across more than 40 institutions in Japan;
• academic and research users including the University of Tokyo, Kyoto University and RIKEN, as well as Oxford, Cambridge, UCL, Johns Hopkins, Monash and McMaster;
• an ongoing US clinical study in post-stroke aphasia.
We are interested in cooperation in:
• post-stroke aphasia and neurorehabilitation;
• depression, PTSD and other psychiatric applications;
• chronic pain;
• cognitive function and healthy longevity;
• combined tES/tACS and VR protocols;
• therapist-supervised home therapy;
• digital biomarkers, treatment data and AI-supported therapy personalisation.
Potential cooperation may include investigator-led studies, multicentre research, clinical pilots, joint publications, reference-centre development, technology localisation and validation of home-based treatment pathways.
We welcome discussions with Japanese universities, hospitals, rehabilitation centres and research institutes interested in building evidence-based, scalable and accessible neurotherapy solutions.
