Investment Opportunity: Scale QVITI’s Integrated Neuromodulation Platform Globally
About
QVITI is a European MedTech company developing an integrated platform for neurological and psychiatric therapy. Our ecosystem combines multi-modal transcranial electrical stimulation (tES/tACS), VR-supported therapy, a cloud platform for therapists and a planned therapist-supervised home-care solution.
Why QVITI:
• approximately 300 devices already in use across 120 institutions in 20 countries;
• strong validation in Japan, with over 100 devices across more than 40 institutions, including leading academic and research organisations such as the University of Tokyo, Kyoto University and RIKEN;
• users include Oxford, Cambridge, UCL, Johns Hopkins, RIKEN, Tokyo, Kyoto, Monash and McMaster;
• a granted patent covering our dry-electrode technology;
• an EU Class IIa legacy medical-device pathway valid through 2028;
• a scalable business model combining device sales, software subscriptions, home therapy and data-driven services;
• technology already used in research, clinical and dual-use environments.
QVITI is raising approximately €6.6M to:
• scale commercial expansion in Japan, Europe, MENA and other international markets;
• complete US clinical development and advance regulatory pathways in Japan and the USA;
• launch the therapist-supervised home-therapy model;
• accelerate platform, VR, data and AI development;
• build clinical reference centres, education programmes and KOL partnerships.
Our financial roadmap targets approximately 60% gross margin, EBITDA profitability in 2028 and around 57% recurring revenue by 2030.
We are seeking MedTech, Digital Health, DeepTech and strategic investors who can support QVITI’s global scale-up, particularly through market access, healthcare partnerships and international commercial networks.
