Its founder is Professor Zhu Sihao, Member of the International Union for Conservation of Nature, Fellow of the Royal Society of Biology and Fellow of the Linnean Society. The company focuses on the research, development and promotion of the "Six‑System Self‑circulating Ecological Agriculture Model" and the ecological circular cultivation technology for growing southern fruits in northern regions. It undertakes the introduction, trial planting and demonstration of new functional agricultural product varieties as well as services for new agricultural technologies. No chemical fertilizers, synthetic pesticides or hormones are applied to achieve high safety quality of agricultural products.

Its business scope covers China and overseas markets, where demonstration projects including fertilizer‑pesticide reduction, saline‑alkali soil remediation and renovation of old greenhouses have been implemented.
