基于AI与MBSE融合的增材制造智能质量保证系统研发

This project constructs an additive manufacturing quality assurance system based on MBSE and Ascend AI. It applies the MBSE systematic approach to capture, analyze and trace all elements across the full lifecycle of additive manufacturing, covering "requirements-design-process-inspection-verification-application" via digital models. Leveraging the Ascend CANN technology stack, it fuses multi-source data including molten pool infrared signals, layup images and process parameters to realize intelligent defect warning and real-time process quality optimization. The system closes the loop among model constraints, AI reasoning and production line equipment, building a domestic additive manufacturing quality assurance system. It improves the quality consistency of AM components, optimizes process parameters and minimizes energy consumption, so as to meet the additive manufacturing requirements of high-end equipment parts.
