Adaptive AI Learning Platform for Real-World Application
Founder & CEO at GLOMI International
South Korea
About
GLOMI International is developing a standalone adaptive AI learning platform built on proprietary, patent-pending architecture and designed to help learners move beyond lesson completion toward independent, real-world application. The platform maintains an evolving understanding of learner needs and adjusts learning conditions as those needs change. GLOMI’s goal is not to maximize time spent on the platform; it is to help learners become independent more quickly through meaningful, adaptive learning experiences that build subject-specific knowledge and lasting transferable capabilities—including communication, critical thinking, confidence, creativity, problem-solving, and decision-making.
GLOMI will initially serve intermediate-to-advanced adult language learners through institutional and direct-to-consumer channels. Language learning was selected as the initial vertical because it presents a clear and widespread gap between understanding concepts and applying them confidently in authentic situations, making it a strong context for validating GLOMI’s approach to adaptive learning and real-world transfer. It also aligns with the founder’s academic and professional expertise in linguistics, language education, and cross-cultural learning. Institutional partners will be able to shape learning experiences around their existing curricula, materials, objectives, and learner groups without replacing instructors or existing learning-management systems. Initial pilots will focus on selected adaptive learning capabilities based on partner needs and technical readiness. Over time, the platform is intended to expand into additional languages and subject areas, as well as professional upskilling, workforce development, higher education, and other applied learning contexts.
GLOMI has developed a working, founder-built MVP and conducted customer discovery in the United States and South Korea. The company has secured an executed letter of intent and a strategic memorandum of understanding, is currently negotiating a commercial agreement, and has received early interest from prospective institutional pilot partners, as well as feedback from educators and prospective collaborators.
GLOMI is seeking up to $1.5 million in pre-seed financing to support pilot activation, product development, validation, and commercial launch. The company is also seeking institutional pilot partners and strategic partners that can support product validation, market entry, distribution, commercialization, and expansion into additional learning environments.
