About
Thachang Green Energy Public Company Limited (TGE) is a Thailand-based renewable energy company listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET).
Two priority projects, TES-CNT (Chai Nat Province, 8.0 MW) and TES-TCN (Samut Sakhon Province, 9.9 MW), have secured long-term waste concessions and 20-year PPAs, and are ready for construction. These projects are currently seeking co-investment partners under a Build-Own-Operate (BOO) structure.
TES-CNT (TES Chai Nat Waste-to-Energy Project)
TES-CNT is a municipal solid waste (MSW) to energy project strategically located in Chai Nat Province, approximately two hours north of Bangkok, providing convenient access to Thailand's central region and major transportation networks. The project is being developed under a Build-Own-Operate (BOO) structure with an installed generation capacity of 8.0 MW and a contracted Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) capacity of 6.0 MW. Electricity will be sold to the Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) under a government-backed Feed-in Tariff (FiT) scheme for a period of 20 years. The project has secured a 25-year municipal waste concession, ensuring approximately 400 tons of municipal solid waste per day as feedstock.
As one of TGE's priority investment projects, TES-CNT provides investors with an opportunity to participate in a fully permitted renewable infrastructure asset backed by long-term government contracts, secure waste supply, and resilient recurring revenue streams.
TES-TCN (TES Tha Chin Waste-to-Energy Project)
TES-TCN is a municipal solid waste (MSW) to energy project strategically located in Samut Sakhon Province, approximately 30 kilometres from Bangkok, one of Thailand's major industrial and economic hubs. The project is being developed under a Build-Own-Operate (BOO) structure with an installed generation capacity of 9.9 MW and a contracted Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) capacity of 8.0 MW. Electricity will be sold to the Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) under a government-backed Feed-in Tariff (FiT) scheme for a period of 20 years. The project has secured a 25-year municipal waste concession, ensuring approximately 500 tons of municipal solid waste per day as feedstock.
As one of TGE's priority investment projects, TES-TCN provides investors with an opportunity to participate in a fully permitted renewable infrastructure asset backed by long-term government contracts, secure waste supply, and resilient recurring revenue streams.
