Flagship projects include Frankfurt Airport (Dream Hotel Group) and the Château Royal de Villers-Cotterêts redevelopment (€210M)

MOUs and LOIs signed with Mövenpick, Accor, Dream Hotel Group, and Deutsche Hospitality Group

We are actively seeking joint venture and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) partners to co-develop these hospital and hotel projects with AECOM. The BOQ documents are finalized, and landholdings secured.
