Skyport Space Hub — Strategic M&A / Pre-IPO Opportunity
Skyport Space Hub is an international DeepTech and infrastructure platform focused on Urban Air Mobility (UAM), eVTOL, Vertiport infrastructure, aerospace technologies, intelligent transportation, advanced manufacturing and strategic infrastructure.
The group operates across Hong Kong, Mainland China and Europe, combining technology, intellectual property, manufacturing, infrastructure development and international commercialisation.
Skyport is currently advancing its Hong Kong Stock Exchange Chapter 18C pre-IPO pathway and is seeking the institutional partners required for the final capital-markets stage, including a sponsor bank, legal counsel and accounting/reporting adviser.
The group is also opening discussions with qualified strategic acquirers and investors for potential full acquisition, majority participation, strategic merger or other M&A structures.
Key sectors include UAM/eVTOL, aerospace, Vertiports, smart infrastructure, advanced materials, space technologies, hospitals, hotels, international construction and digital infrastructure.
Skyport’s current strategic documentation identifies a consolidated asset position of approximately €9.44 billion, including approximately €8.9 billion in technology and intellectual property and approximately €430 million in strategic infrastructure and real assets.
Through the Belt and Road Deal-Making Platform, Skyport is seeking direct introductions to strategic acquirers, aerospace and aviation groups, institutional investors, sovereign investors, infrastructure groups, private equity, family offices, sponsor banks and capital-markets institutions.
Priority is given to senior decision-makers capable of arranging online management meetings and progressing toward confidential M&A, investment and capital-markets discussions.
Objective: identify strategic partners capable of accelerating Skyport’s HKEX 18C pathway, international expansion and potential M&A transaction
