152 Little Lonsdale Street – Melbourne CBD Capsule Hotel

152 Little Lonsdale Street is a property repositioning project located in the heart of Melbourne CBD, proposed to be transformed into a contemporary capsule hotel with approximately 146 beds.

The proposed hotel concept includes guest accommodation across the Ground Floor, Level 1 and Level 2, supported by reception, lounge and social spaces, luggage storage, retail facilities, laundry facilities and other guest amenities.

The property benefits from a highly connected CBD location within walking distance of Melbourne Central, RMIT University, State Library, QV Melbourne, Chinatown and major commercial, retail, hospitality and entertainment precincts.

The project is being developed by DCF Property Group, an Australian property development group with experience across residential, mixed-use and hospitality projects.
