The Lodz Special Economic Zone (LSEZ) is one of Poland's premier economic zones, supporting investments, innovation, and digital transformation. Investors can receive income tax exemptions up to 70% of investment value. Over 28 years, LSEZ has facilitated nearly 750 investment projects, supported 500 companies, attracted 33 billion PLN in investments, and created 110,000 jobs.
Key advantages include central location with excellent transport links (A1/A2 highways, railways, airport), developed infrastructure, strong startup support through Spark 3.0 program, status as European Digital Innovation Hub, and unique business-education partnerships including specialized automation and robotics technical schools.
Expert Department of Business Development and Support, Lodz Special Economic Zone
As an expert in the Department of Business Development and Support, I work with investment projects for growth companies in Central Poland, providing tailored strategies and seamless support that transform ambitious plans into tangible growth.
I work with investors who receive state aid in the form of tax exemptions for up to 15 years on behalf of the Polish government. I not only help companies through the regulatory nuances but also support them in their search for property to buy or rent.
One of the highlights of my work is the organisation of economic events and missions. At LSEZ, I am also responsible for promoting exports and international economic cooperation.
