Promised Land - investment areas in the center of Poland

The Lodz Special Economic Zone is a government agency dedicated to helping entrepreneurs grow their businesses. The zone is involved in granting tax exemption for new investment or reinvestment on behalf of the Ministry of Development and Technology.

The LSEZ is also involved in the acquisition and preparation of investment land for the construction of new manufacturing plants and service centres. The LSEZ is open to proposals from partners working in these areas interested in being a partner in the realisation of this project.

LSEZ is located in central Poland with headquarters in Lodz:. 1 O km from the city is the intersection of two major roads: the A1 motorway (from north to south Europe) and the A2 (from east to west). This location thus becomes a directional point between Germany and France and the countries of Eastern Europe (Ukraine, Belarus) and between the Scandinavian countries and Southern Europe (Austria, Italy).

LSEZ has purchased a plot of 95 hectares in the vicinity of the Stryk6w junction. The presented project concerns the preparation of this area for the needs of future investors - the creation of an investment space "Promised Land". The name refers to the former designation of the nearby city of Lodz, which developed very dynamically in the 19th century and earned this nickname.

The project includes design work, subdivision, creation of energy, water and gas infrastructure, delineation of roads, access roads and levelling of the land.
