Established in 1980, Ho & Partners Architects Engineers & Development Consultants Limited (hpa), is a leading multi-disciplinary architectural firm in Hong Kong. hpa has been consistently placed on the "Band 1" List of Architectural Consultants since 1992 by the HKSAR Government. Mr. Bosco Ho, is the founder of hpa, and is responsible for the firm’s dedication to creative design, rigorous quality control and intensive training. He is the Head of the Central Design Unit (CDU), which leads the design in every major hpa project. Mr. Ho’s keen interest in the firm’s use of scientific methods in the design research and planning process and has pioneered multiple design aided programmes. Before founding hpa in 1980 served as the Divisional Manager of the Hong Kong Housing Society responsible for the setting up and running of the Urban Redevelopment Division. With his wealth of experience, Mr. Ho is honoured with many design awards and has won major international and national design competitions.
