Established in 1980, Ho & Partners Architects Engineers & Development Consultants Limited (hpa), is a leading multi-disciplinary architectural firm in Hong Kong. hpa has been consistently placed on the "Band 1" List of Architectural Consultants since 1992 by the HKSAR Government. Moreover, the company is also on the Approved List of Building Surveying Consultants by the HKSAR government since 2013.

hpa's achievements, including being the first local architectural practice in Hong Kong to achieve ISO 9001 certification; in 2014, became one of the first wholly-owned Hong Kong architectural firm to earn a Grade A Qualification in China, issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People’s Republic of China.
