Servitalent is a boutique executive search and interim management firm based in Vigo, working almost exclusively with industrial companies. Since 2014 we have placed directors and managers in manufacturing, food processing and export-driven businesses, with international reach through NPAworldwide (50 countries).

In the seafood value chain, the leadership needs we are asked to solve are consistent: plant and operations directors for new or expanded facilities, export and commercial directors to open a market, quality and technical directors under retailer or certification pressure, and general management or CFO roles in family-owned processors facing generational succession.

We also provide interim managers for defined situations — starting up a plant, opening a market, covering an unexpected departure, leading a turnaround — usually on site within two to three weeks.
