About
During the rice milling process, going from whole grain to white rice, it appears the subproduct called "cylinder". This product is very rich in insatured fats, vitamins, protein, fiber, but also there's a very fast process of oxidation and acidification due to enzimatic activity. We are looking to a solution that can stop this process just after the rice milling.
