In some cases, the participants who are represented at the event don't need to receive the notifications and the emails sent by the event organizers from the b2match platform. Therefore the main organizers and the Company Mangers have the option to add a different email address for the participant, the email address where these messages will be forwarded.
Where to Add the Forward Email
- in the participant's profile panel - Profile - Personal Information
- in the Company Representatives tab, in the Company Manager's dashboard
What will be forwarded
Among the recipients in Messages, the forward emails will be marked with an arrow.
The reset password email will be sent to the initial email address and not to the forward email address.
