• 1:1 meeting slots may still become available as company representatives continue to sign up to the platform and/or adjust their availabilities closer to the event date. We therefore recommend checking the platform regularly.

• Regarding CV pictures, we recommend that participants stop by the CV picture desk on the day of the event. In case of no-shows or additional availability from the photographers, we will be able to allocate remaining slots on a first-come, first-served basis.

Add a job offer by going to the Job wall and click on 'Add a job offer' or go to My profileand click on 'Add a job offer'.

In your job offer, you can include pictures, links, and videos. Please ensure you add a link to your application platform or an email address. Participants can only view the job opportunities via the b2match platform, but they cannot apply for it or show interest unless you share such information!

Add the information company representatives are looking for.
Under My profile you can upload a profile picture, indicate your current job position and research area as well as upload your CV.

Go to the visitors or company representatives to find out who you would like to connect with. Indicate your research area and upload your CV to gain more visibility for company representatives.

Access your meetings in My schedule or Meetings, where you will have your complete schedule for the event talks as well as your planned meetings. Check the exact location and don't be late!
